Pivot Table Definition - Commissions and Gratuity

Gives you totals for Commissions and Gratuity to make payroll easier!

The information will be similar to what appears in the Commissions and Gratuity report except in summary form by Month.

Initial Data Set

Any Commission for a procedure or product, or Gratuity on an invoice where the

• the received date is in the date range AND
• the invoice is locked AND
• the invoice is not deleted AND
• the patient is not deleted

Filter Selection Before Generate

• Received Date Range

Default Filters

• User
• Procedure or Product Category
• Procedure or Product Name

Optional Filters

• Income Facility
• Commission Type

Report Results

Grouped by Month

• Amount: the amount of the Gratuity, Seller Commission, Provider Commission, or Manager Commission

Pivot Detail Fields

Patients | Registration / Billing, Patient Information Tab

• Patient Name (Last, First Middle)

Patients | Registration / Billing, Invoices Tab - Invoice Information sub tab

• Income Facility

Patients | Registration / Billing, Invoices Tab - Procedure or Product Item

• Received Date
• Procedure or Product Category
• Procedure or Product Description
• Commission Type - for Gratuity, the type is "Tip"
• Amount - of Commission or Gratuity
